For some vacancies, we use artificial intelligence to conduct an initial assessment of application letters. This is always stated in the vacancy. In that case, you are always entitled to have your application letter reassessed by an InShared employee. Please contact us for this at HR@inshared.nl
Retention period of your personal data
We will not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Specific retention periods are:
Application data of rejected candidates: As a rule, we retain your application data for 90 days after the end of the application procedure, unless you have given consent to retain your data for future vacancies.
Application data of hired candidates: This data will become part of your personnel file and will be retained in accordance with our internal personnel policy and legal retention periods.
Technical data: This data is usually retained for a short period for the security and analysis of our website.
If you have given consent for the retention of your data for future vacancies: Your data will be retained for the period for which you have given consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
